Starfield – How to Get the Wanderwell Ship, Gran-Grans Armour and Sir Livingstone Pistol

Gaming Guides Starfield

Wazzup Everyone, Welcome back to another starfield guide!

Today, let’s dive into how to get this awesome ship called the WonderWell.

You gotta start at the character creation screen. This only happens when you’re kickstarting your game or beginning a fresh one. When you’re in the game and reach the part where you pick your traits, go with “Kid Stuff.” This trait means you’ve got parents, and you send a small chunk of your earnings (2%) back home every month.

The ship won’t magically appear in your possession right away. You’ve gotta play through the main story until Noel, one of your lodge buddies, tells you that your dad wants to chat. While progressing through the main quest line, you will also get Grand Grands’ spacesuit and a cool automatic pistol. But the ship is the real prize. After talking to Noel, you’ve gotta hunt down where they live in the residential area on New Atlantis.

In the residential area on New Atlantis, either after hopping off the train or landing directly, you’ll spot the Pioneer Tower – that’s where your folks hang out. Get in the liftorium, head to the Family Apartments, and if you’ve got a buddy with you, it can get hilariously awkward as they follow you around and chime in during your parent talks.

Your dad will spill the beans that he won a ship in a poker game and hands it over to you. To find that ship, make your way to the Spaceport and locate the ship registration desk. Bingo! There’s your Wonder Well ship.

If you don’t see the poker tournament chat option, don’t sweat it; it means you haven’t advanced far enough in the main story. Keep tackling those main quests until Noel tips you off about your dad’s message. Once you swing by the tower and chat with your parents, the conversation options should pop up.

The Wonder Well ship might not be as fancy as a Star Eagle, but it’s a pretty sweet ride. It even comes with some extras like a sink and a bathroom. But when you first get it, it’s missing workbenches, science gadgets, and engineering stuff. Still, it’s way better than the Frontier in many ways.

If you’re new to the game (like most of us), I’ve got two more videos you might dig, especially if you’re into snagging ships. One’s about grabbing the Razor Leaf, a slick ship with a unique spacesuit. The other is all about the Star Eagle, which has a longer questline but is totally worth it. These ships are a blast to explore.
