Starfield – How to Remove Bounty – Bounty Clearance Kiosk Location

Gaming Guides Starfield

Wazzup Everyone, Welcome Back to another Starfield Guide.

Today, let’s check it out how to clear those pesky bounties on your head!

We all know how easy it is to find ourselves on the wrong side of the law in the settled systems. Whether it’s a botched pickpocket job, some smuggled goods you didn’t mean to have, or an accidental weapon misfire taking down an innocent NPC, we’ve all been there. And guess what? You’ve probably got a shiny new bounty on your head now. But don’t fret; we’re here with a quick and straightforward guide on how to clear those bounties in Starfield.

First things first, to wipe out that bounty, you need to pay a visit to a Tracker’s Alliance self-service Bounty clearance kiosk. These lifesavers are scattered around civilian outposts and Spaceport bars, sporting a distinctive white and red color scheme. But hold on, before you can make that bounty disappear, make sure you’re using a kiosk in a location that’s not under the jurisdiction of the faction that slapped that bounty on you. For instance, if you’re trying to clear a United Colonies bounty, don’t do it from a New Atlantis kiosk; it won’t work. Local Regulators are strict about that sort of thing.

Now, let’s get to the nitty-gritty. Once you’ve tracked down one of these kiosks, select the bounty you want to clear. You’ll see a breakdown of your offenses, including your current bounty amount and the cost to clear your criminal record. Pay up, and just like that, you’re free to explore that faction’s space again.

Now, we can’t give you a comprehensive list of all these self-service Bounty clearance kiosks, but here are a few spots where you can easily find them.

One option is to head to Alpha Centauri system: Head to planet Jemisin in New Atlantis city, and you’ll spot one inside the Viewport building, near the counter.

Another option Soul system: Go to Mars, specifically in Cydonia city. In the central hub, just left of the entrance, you’ll find one when you visit the Broken Spear Bar.

Also you could go to the Cheyenne system: Once you arrive at Akila city, go straight ahead and make the first left. Keep goind until you find a place called The Hitching Post on your right side. Once you’ve entered the place, you will spot one close to some stairs.

Still on the Chayenne system travel to Trident Luxury Lines Staryard and once you’ve docked your ship, just head straight inside and you’ll find one to your right side.

You can also head to the system Volii and land on Neon Core. Once you’ve landed there, just head straight to the astral lounge. You’ll spot on after a couple of stairs on your right side.

Finally you could head to the system Polvo and land on the planet Hopetown. Once you’re there, head straight to a place called The Pit Stop, you will spot the self-service Bounty clearance kiosk on your left.

If you manage to escape the heat but return to the faction airspace without settling your bounty, expect guards to come knocking. You can either pay a fine or head to jail. If you choose to resist arrest or can’t afford the fine, jail time awaits. Be warned: jail time comes with XP loss and the confiscation of all your stolen goods.

And there you have it, a comprehensive guide on how to deal with those pesky bounties in Starfield.
